Its one and two star share is 19 points above the typical installer in California. Across California, 232 of the 1,529 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 25 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

What reviewers said

Steer clear, they are practising derogatory sales tactics

This company is working at our middle school, often teachers, yard duty, and Para-educators will try to say "Hi" and just be nice. The workers are rude, they look at you and ignore you. If you ask them, "hello how's your day?" You get a dirty look, and silence.

Their customer service which they brag about is horrible. Contacted them about a broken panel and that I wanted to add panels. That was 3 weeks ago and three emails ago to which they responded someone would be in touch with me. Go elsewhere.

Employee was driving the company truck very irresponsibly, going so slow in the fast lane, causing traffic turbulence and people to dangerously pass on the right. Thanks to the owner for following up on this.

The purchase and installation was easy and Sunworks performed as promised. The system worked when they were done and they did a good job of cleaning up. System monitoring through Solaredge works well. Good job by Wright Haggerty and the rest of Sunworks!

Very professional! The cost was exactly as quoted. All the time frames were met from beginning to end. The entire process went very smoothly and we are happy so far with the results. Highly recommend this company! Thank you Sunworks

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
