    May 20th 2025: I have just had an EV charger installed by Surefire Sales Solutions. After the great experience I had with the install of my solar system, I went back to Paul and his team. Once again, the experience was great. The charger was installed quickly, and they worked with me to set it up in the best place possible in my garage. In addition to being happy with the new EV charger install, I want to call out Paul's continuing support with any questions I have related to my solar system that was installed over a year ago.     Paul Smith and the Surefire Team were pros from start to finish. He provide the most competitive bid, with the best quality solar equipment currently on the market. He was always quickly responsive with even my most detailed questions and very willing to tailor our new solar power system to our particular location and preferences. Everything went as planned from bid, to paperwork, to delivery, to installation, to flipping the switch, to follow-up. The communication and quality of work was excellent.     We had been working with another Solar company in the spring of 2022. It was a nightmare, to say the least. We changed and started working with Surefire. Finally, our nightmare turned into a dream. The company has great communication and working with Paul was great. They let us know what to expect and when. Everyone was professional and was willing and able to answer all of our questions. This is not a well-known process, so we had a lot of questions, too.
