Its one and two star share is 5 points above the typical installer in Miami. Across Florida, 200 of the 675 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.
The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 103 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.
Every company we hold in Miami, on one axis
Each mark is one company we hold in Miami whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Terra Energy Solar is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

My experience with Terra Energy was very disappointing. The main issue was not a single incident, but the way the company handled the situation. Communication was poor, there was a lack of transparency throughout the process, and I felt there was little professionalism when it came to resolving issues. As a customer/employee (whichever applies to your situation), I expected honest communication, timely responses, and a more professional approach. Unfortunately, my experience fell well below those expectations. I am sharing this review so others have a clearer picture before deciding to work wi

Very disappointed with the service. My system broke down just one month after installation, and it's been 10 days with no resolution. The most frustrating part is the lack of communication—they can't even provide an estimated timeline for when it will be fixed. I expected much better after a new installation. Based on my experience, the after-sales support has been extremely poor.

I had been researching a solar energy system for about a year and they all wanted between $45k-$60k for their “Best Deal on the Planet ” system. Frustrated with the exorbitant cost of going solar, I gave up. Then about a month later, while perusing through Facebook I saw the advertisement for Terra Energy. After reading about their offering, of course I thought it was too good to be true, but I scheduled a FaceTime appointment with Jason anyway — ready for the same-old-story sales pitch. After a few minutes of giving him a hard time with my sarcasm, I was sold on Terra Energy. The company’s ph

A Seamless, Five-Star Experience Across Two Properties. Edgar Deserves a Promotion! I don’t typically write extensive reviews, but my experience with TERRA, and specifically with our consultant Edgar, was so exceptional that it absolutely warrants one. If you are looking to transition to solar energy, I cannot recommend this company enough—but more importantly, you need to specifically ask for Edgar. I was taking on the fairly complex project of outfitting two separate residential properties with solar panels—one in Pensacola and another in Orlando. Managing two different installations with

Terra solar has been a wonderful solution for us to save a tremendous amount of money on electricity. No costs besides going from paying $470 on average to TECO to $250 to Terra. Only savings! From signing to up and producing power it took 6 weeks. Edgar was our sales guy and answered every hard question we asked him. Unlike other solar leasing companies…we aren’t committed to decades but only 3 years. And they provide a 1M umbrella policy for any damage caused to your roof and property caused by the solar panels. It was a slam dunk for us. The new era of solar is here!

My name is Edith. I own two properties in Kissimmee, FL, and I always wanted to go solar, but I wasn’t interested in the 25- or 30-year loan options. When I came across Edgar Trinidad, a sales representative from Terra Energy, he explained the 3-year subscription program, and it convinced me right away. I didn’t have to pay anything until the panels were installed and producing energy. Terra Energy takes care of everything, including permits with the city, maintenance, and repairs. Edgar was very clear and transparent with all the information about Terra Energy, and he made the whole process e

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.
What we don't know
- The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
- We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
- We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
- We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
