    The difference between my power bill describing how much power I have generated and how much the Tesla app says I have generated are insanely different. Not worth the money as my power bill is still outrageous.

    Terrible customer service!!! No human interaction text only. I have had a request in for over 16weeks and keep getting ignored. Asked for someone to reach out to me and discuss the issues they ignore me. The excuse is we are backlogged. If that’s the case and business is booming hire some more people. But Tesla solution is do nothing to make the experience better for the customer. If I had other options I would explore them. Terrible customer service!!!!

    Nothing has been more frustrating and difficult about owning my home than the Tesla Power Purchase Agreement that I inherited from the former owners. Numerous leaks immediately under the panels. Incredibly difficult customer service. The app they try to funnel communication through is garbage, constantly not functioning how it is supposed to. It is impossible to talk to anyone who is involved nearby in actually doing any service work. Right now my power inverter is broken and system is producing no electricity; repair was scheduled for over a month out from when I reported the problem. I also

    This was the best thing we ever did. After going through two generators, not from use back lack of use and annual maintenance, we decided there had to be a better solutions for the 2-48 hours power outages we have in c-ville. Now when were are without power, the walls kick in, and we can power the house. Best part is that the zombies are not attacted to the noise of a generator. We will leave the barbed wire up just in case ;-)

    I have a Tesla solar panel and powerwall system. We live in the country and get our water from a well pump. If we lose electricity not only do we lose lights and heat, we also lose water. With the Tesla powerwall, we have never had an outage that caused us to be inconvenienced. Most of the time, we didn't even know that the power was out. The solar panels produce enough electricity so that in the summer months we generally do not have to pay an electric bill. In fact we end up with a credit. I am extremely pleased with the system the way it operates, and the support that I get from Tesla
