    Lots of surprises along the way due to minimal communication from Tesla regarding details. Tesla may have the best technology but they continue to demonstrate that they have the worst customer support across their portfolio of products. I had an issue and Tesla personnel treated me like I was stupid. Turned out Tesla had an issue.

    Worst customer service ever. Takes months to be able to get someone to check our system every time it stops working. Meanwhile we still have to pay each month for a service that works on and off. We do not recommend it at all.

    VERY SLOW in getting my Tesla Power System finalized. WAITING on the UTILITY company is taking too long to get my system up and running. WILL I then be informed as to how all this works as to my POWERWALL and the Electric company in rates, selling Etc. Does my Phone APP provide all I need to know on using the POWERWALL or is there more to it? Thanks

    The entire process from first inquiry through installation today has been outstanding. The installers today were on time, worked diligently and left the install area spotless when finished. 5-stars!!!

    The Braves team did a great job installing the panels. They left the area spotless and were in and out before I knew it. Very helpful and open to address any questions I had during the install. Highly recommend.

    If you are considering getting Solar, I highly recommend looking at Tesla. We live in Arizona and had both solar and 3 powerwall installed 2 years ago. Once powerwalls are charged, we feed the grid for credit. Even in the heart of summer we do not have an electric bill, walls kick in after sunset and even at 50% limit only use a fraction of grid.
