Its one and two star share is 6 points above the typical installer in Menifee. Across California, 548 of the 1,529 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 17 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Every company we hold in Menifee, on one axis

0% rated 1–2★15%

Each mark is one company we hold in Menifee whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. The Big Deal Solar Inc. is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

This company is amazing. they are timely, comprehensive and willing to adjust to special circumstances. They did a top notch job installing a solar battery for me. they navigated a difficult situation with their supplier with dignity and tact and efficiency. Their technicians are highly competent. They use the highest end equipment. I am so glad I chose to work with them.

I had a complex installation challenge, that at least three other solar companies failed to be able to work with. The Big Deal Solar, creative and determined, nailed it. Today I overproduce and cover all my onsite production. I dropped an electric bill from about $1500/mo to less then $500.mo. These guys can get it done, and doing their own customer installations, gets them way paste the cookie cutter installation jobs. Give them a call before you install solar. Awesome folks.

Just finished the final inspection on our new, TBD Solar PV System and we couldn't be more pleased! Larry, Desiree, Mark, Bonnie and everyone (please forgive me if I misspelled anyone's name or left anyone out; I'm getting up there in years) worked very hard to make it a great experience. They were always friendly, knowledgeable, prompt and communicative. The price was fair, the products excellent and the service first-rate! They really work to earn your business. If I had three thumbs, I would give them three thumbs up! :)

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Established

“has been in the Solar/HVAC Industry since 1996, she started as a dispatcher for a…”

  • Years in business

“to master the “Solar Industry”. For over 12 years, Larry has been the primary…”

Its website also mentions woman owned, free estimate and licence number, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Elsewhere

  • It posts on Instagram and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Menifee is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
