  This has been a very unpleasant experience. We have tried to resolve the problems with the company to no avail. We even sent our text messages to refresh Sal of the time line. Basically they told the finance company they had installed the system in full, a month and a half before they did, just to get paid earlier. They said the system was installed when 14 panels were still sitting on the ground and they had not even contacted any tree company to cut the limbs off the tree to be able to install the system. This was part of the contract and we even offered to find someone for them. Because the

  This company in my opinion is not a people friendly company you call with complaint they make you an appointment they never show up. parts of my roof were kicked in they left the broken wood in my attic none of the lines on the roof are straight parts of the roof are coming up. watch them very carefully do not pay until you inspect every inch there work. Look around for another company in my opinion this company is a ripoff there work is very low quality .In all the calls I have made for appointments no one from their company have ever has ever showed up for the allotted time I will call Owens

  They were eager to do my Solar. When I experienced a situation some time after they did not return my calls, nor send any representative to verify my concerns. BAD BUSINESS!!

  I had the pleasure of having Bobby as my rep, who calmly and throughly explained solar in the most non-pushy way ive experienced. He was more than happy to answer any and all questions, and once we went through the process of planning and install, UEC was very on point with communication and follow up. Overall, I was skeptical for a long time about getting solar, but with UEC ive been extremely happy with my decision and the accessibility of the company for any and all questions.ive had has been a pleasant experience as well. Highly recommend!

  We had our solar installed by Underline about 5 years ago and are very happy with the savings on electric bills. They have been great about checking in and keeping our system up to date. Highly recommended.

  James was outstanding! He was knowledgeable, personable and professional. He was able to fit me in for a next day appointment and get my dryer plug installed in time for the delivery and installation.
