TN Off Grid Systems

Each mark is one company we hold in Tennessee whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. TN Off Grid Systems is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

We had an opportunity to work with this company and they are amazing. Very professional and great communication and easy to work with. Very knowledgeable and friendly I can’t say enough good things about them!

Super cool to work with. Very clean and organized setup of the equipment. All questions were answered and explained without making me feel stupid. I plan on expanding my setup enough to power a small wood shop and will be calling them!

Here’s a shorter version: ⸻ We had a great experience with TN Off Grid Systems installing solar (including solar HVAC) at our tiny home. The entire team was professional, respectful of our property, and worked really well together. Everything turned out exactly how we hoped, and we couldn’t be happier. We’ll definitely use them again for future projects!

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

• Years in business

“Dreams TN Off-Grid Systems has over 30 years of expertise in helping customers…”

Its website also mentions free estimate, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

• It is also reviewed on Yelp and the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
• It posts on YouTube, Instagram and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

• —The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
• —Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Franklin is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
• —We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
• —We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
