  I get the run around from V3.. post installation. The manufacturer of inverter.. Solar Edge monitored systems and said Inverted needed replacing. V3 sent service tech but was unsuccesful.. Refuses to send tech back. I am caught between manufacturer who says I need to have installer fix problem and V3 says they do not have any capacity to make call. Meantime Solar not working for 8 weeks.

  We have multiple solar panels that are not producing any energy at all and after asking for V3 to service them they just will not come out to even look at our panels. No one will call to schedule an appointment and we are now going through ANOTHER summer without being able to fully utilize our solar system. Why do our contracts have solar monitoring included if there are multiple panels showing zero but when I call in it’s the first time the company has heard or seen the issue. Where is the monitoring? Just a ruse to get you signed up for a contract they will not uphold. Very disappointed with

  It has now been two years since V3 Electric installed the solar panels and system in my home. The set up and contract experience was straightforward and transparent thanks to V3 staffer Josh Harden. I have had periodic check-ins from V3 staff including the most recent pleasant visit from Brett Tighe. Thank you for your service, V3.

  I started my journey with V3 Electric in early FEB with a sales rep walking my street in Cameron Park, CA. Quite polite and professional with a sales pitch of solar and battery with no out of pocket expense, no loan and no leans on property. So I took the next step and they sent a solar system engineer to talk with me. Talked to Isaac Harrison and decided to get the system to come close to offsetting my PG&E annual true up cost. After some back and forth with the V3 Electric Solar design team and tall maple tree in the front yard the system was installed on FEB 27th. The install team arrived b
