  My dad’s solar system stopped working, so he called to report the issue. A technician named Jose Luis came out to inspect it, and my dad paid $300 for the service call. It has now been about a month and a half, the solar system is still not working, and my dad is out $300 with no resolution. He has called multiple times trying to get someone to come back and fix the issue, but no one has come out. Paying $300 and waiting six weeks with no repair or resolution is extremely frustrating and disappointing.

  The worst purchase I've ever made with these people. From the beginning, there were red flags about Francisco Mireles's way of working, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt.   I received a bill from pg&e. Turns our My solar system stopped working. I called them to report the issue and I was told they will send a technician to check the system. It has been 3 weeks since then and I haven't heard back from them. I have tried calling multiple times for days now and nobody's answering or returning my calls

  Amazing service. The whole solar process was greatly explained and done well. I know how complicated it can get, but Franciso really was there for us and my home's benefits. Great person and great company. Can't recommend them enough.

  Thanks to Mr. José Gregorio, I was able to purchase the water purification system because my daughter was experiencing a series of health problems, including acne, hair loss, and dry skin. My youngest daughter also had a terrible rash. Even my skin was extremely dry, and when he demonstrated what we were using for cooking, I wanted to rush out and install the entire system. It was incredibly quick; they installed it, and I immediately felt the difference. As they say (the water is soft), it truly was soft, not just advertising. That's why I can recommend this product.   I had a new roof install with a solar removal and remount. The PPA company wasn't the easiest to work with but Valley Solar and especially Francisco handled all of the heavy lifting. Can't recommend this company enough
