Its one and two star share is level with the typical installer in Michigan. Across Michigan, 40 of the 84 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 32 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

My battery stopped taking a charge. I've used it less than two dozen uses and never completely drained it. End result: an offer of 15%off the purchase of a refurbished battery. I wish I could've given a better review.

Thank you Caleb A for such a professional job with helping me figure out the best battery for my Sprinter, he suggested many options and we were able to actually upgrade my capacity, Second. VMax and Caleb in particular is/are the only company out of 5 that I called where they returned my call, spoke with a real employee and not forwarded to a call center. And gave me outstanding service. They recognize our military members and are a USA based corp. I will be returning for upcoming builds and thank you so much!

VMAX employee Caleb was beyond helpful with my order. I mistakenly ordered the wrong batteries. He worked with me for two days to find the right one and make the best choice all while giving me a military discount. He was very patient and professional. I highly recommend this company based on professionalism, pricing, customer service, and kindness.

Puchased the 100A LiFePO4 battery. It arrived the next day. Put it on charge but it only showed 60A after a full night of charging. Called VMAX and started talking a real person immediately. They suggested some things to try so I did and after 2 days was unable to bring the current charge above 60A. Called back and spoke to Someone immediately again. Since I live close we were able to do a swap where I picked up the new battery and will be bringing the other one back after I get back from the other side of the state. This kind of customer service is very hard to find and you definitely would n

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

Its website also mentions warranty and established, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

    Elsewhere

    • It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
    • It posts on Instagram and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

    Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

    What we don't know

    • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
    • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
    • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
