    My experience was bad. I'm paying PSG and also the bill for the panels. I call and they don't answer, and I send emails too. I'm waiting to see what happens. If I could go back in time, I would NEVER have signed the contract with them. I'm sharing my experience; I hope it helps.

    They certainly know how to leave you hanging and string you along. The squirrel guards they installed around my solar panels failed. I’ve been calling consistently for OVER A YEAR and have gotten the same story. One minute they are looking into a new supplier, the next call they tell me someone will call me to make an appointment. When I don’t get a call in a month they ask me to send pictures, then the customer service guy has to speak with the “team”….and on and on and on. Of course the squirrels have made a huge nest up there and they just keep putting me off….NEEDLESS TO SAY I WOULD NEVER

    Good Afternoon, We agreed to have solar panes installed by VOLTAIC SOLAIRE back in Novenber of last year. They made us so many promises, Government incentives, bonuses for first time users, etc. After we signed, the nightmare started! I dont recomend this company. They stated I would not get any electric bills but I'm having issues with my electric bill i switch to solar with this company i still getting my electric bills plus the loan for the solar .. they told me they are giving to me a bonus i never receive any bonus .. plus when i call the customer service they dont give me misinformation

    A great company to work with, they did my solar install. I dealt with Santiago and he made sure communication was on point always. Very smooth and seamless!

    Got solar installed recently and had a really good experience overall. The team was easy to work with, explained everything clearly, and the whole process felt pretty smooth. Everything’s working great so far. No complains.
