    I wish my experience was as good as everyone else's. The initial experience was good with an install in 2023. However, over the course of 3 years now, I have had ongoing issues. 2024 a leak was 'repaired' except it wasn't and someone came out 3 times before they finally believe they sealed the leak. Except in 2025 when the ceiling showed more water damage and it was 'fixed'. Now in 2026 there are soft spots in my ceiling again, and birds nesting on my roof despite the fact that I have paid for critter guards. Instead of just hiring 3rd party specialist to repair the leak and fix my ceiling the

    Install 2022: 2025 roof leak developed due to panel install. Prompt response attempted fix failed. Notification of continued leaking led to more correct actions. This solved the problem without further damage.

    We are very happy with the service we receive from Alternative. I was not able to be home for the service. Our technician, Daryl came and completed the warranty service call and was kind enough to call me and explain what he’d done. Kudos to Daryl for his hard work and professionalism. I’d give a 10 Star rating if I could.

    Worked with Jon Edwards professional, and extremely knowledgeable. The design team, led by Aaron, was patient and accommodating as we refined the panel layout. The install crew did a fantastic job and kept everything smooth. Highly recommend 8MSolar!
