    I called this service a week and a half ago. I had to leave a voicemail. I eas asking for assistance with our panels, and asked for a return call whether they could help or not, so we would know. No one ever called! One would think that with a 5 star rating, one should be able to expect a call back. Customer Service in this country has truly gone down hill!!!

    Emerald Energy is the BEST! After the whole Pink Energy / Power Home Solar scam with them installing shoddy inverter equipment and then declaring bankruptcy, we were left with with a costly solar panel system that didn't work which really had an adverse impact on the home where we run our non-profit video business out of. Then John and Emerald Energy stepped up in a very personal way and got our system up and running again. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

    Solid company with good people that do what they say they are going to do. Very pleased with the installation, all areas of the company worked closely together as a team. 5 stars from me.

    Amazing team! John was prompt and easy to contact throughout the vetting and proposal process. Daniel led a tight team who had my panels installed and up and working, lickety split! I’ve already recommended Emerald to several friends and family.
