    I have several no soliciting signs on my door as well as around my door and yes, some guy still knocked on my door saying oh I’m not selling you solar but do you wanna save on power and I said no I appreciate you and he sat there and respond with, so you don’t wanna save on power The signs were enough to tell you no and this guy is going around in a white Chrysler 300 little Asian dude with glasses obviously, he needs to change his prescription and you guys can remove me from your listings.

    I want to share my experience to help other homeowners make informed decisions. I purchased a solar system from Blue Raven Solar/ Sun Power in 2024 for over $30,000 based on representations that my Duke Energy bill would typically be around $25 per month except during limited peak usage periods. My main point of contact was Megan Thomason. I requested contact information for her supervisor (Surinder) but was not provided a direct way to reach him.     Do not buy solar panels from these people. They are mismanaged and do not follow up properly. Also, the solar panels didn't make much of a difference for my enegery bill. Edit - These people responded to my complaint to the BBB, but have done nothing to address it. On top of that, they have retaliated against me as I have not received my monthly solar panel credit for the past 3 months which is something i am supposed to recieve according to the agreeement. Customer Service says that all three were mailed out but that makes no sense because the March credit payment still hasn't been received a

    The initial day the installation was scheduled, the installers were prompt, but the vendor didn't arrive until after 9:30am. The vendor also delivered the wrong materials. So, I had to reschedule another day for them to install. I was advised by Megan that she would submit a request for reimbursement for the time lost. They came back out to do the installation and still weren't able to complete the full install because the vendor was still missing parts. The installation was finally completed 10/11/2024. I have had to reach out to Megan myself regarding the reimbursement check. I have not hear

    The installers were on time, polite and efficient in the work. Willing to vacuum up the little bit of insulation that fell. Cleaned up their work area when they were done. Awesome installation. Thanks Elijah and Issy (Sorry didn’t catch the third man’s name). All very nice and would highly recommend!

    Outstanding Solo Panel Install & Customer Service! Special thanks to Izz I. and the installers From start to finish, the experience was seamless! The solo panel installation was completed quickly and professionally, with clear communication every step of the way. The technician was knowledgeable, courteous, and took the time to answer all my questions. I was especially impressed with the attention to detail and how clean the workspace was left afterward. The customer service team was also top-notch — responsive, friendly, and genuinely committed to making sure I was satisfied. Highly recommend

    Great company to deal with! Everyone has made this process go smoothly from the permits to dealing with the hoa! The installers were very friendly and explained everything they were going to do! I’d recommend Blue Raven Solar if you are looking into Solar Power!
