    Take the heavily solicited 5 star reviews with a big grain of salt. I have an inverter that isnt working and have been trying to get my egregiously overpriced $450 1 hour minimum service call scheduled for weeks and weeks. After dozens of ignored texts and calls to multiple people (Jay, Oliver, and Albert) it finally gets scheduled for the 24th. I confirm twice in the ensuing days. 24th comes and goes without a peep, and no response at all to my text asking what happened. The only thing that got me a response was writing this review. And the moment they realized I wouldnt just take this review

    Terrible communication and scheduling is trash no responds for almost a month called someone else got it done then weeks after last communication get a hey you’re on the schedule

    Albert is very rude, unprofessional and extremely pushy. I have informed him on several occasions that I am not interested in purchasing a battery system however, he still calls attempting to sell me the batteries. He continually telephones me and calls me by my first name. I would not reccommend A1 solar to any nor Albert.

    I’ve been a customer since 2017. Well I’d like to give 5 stars but have not had good luck as of late with getting some service work done. I have panels out or only half working. Hopefully I’ll get them repaired soon.

    I spoke and dealt with Bob. I was unaware that ADT the company that monitored my solar system went out of business. Bob made me aware and offered A1 services. I was very impressed and appreciative and hired A1Solar.
