  Today I felt the need to change my opinion about this company. Initially, their service was excellent, but at some point, they became negligent, disrespectful, and more. My contract stipulated the replacement of my 3-ton air conditioner with a 5-ton unit. After much struggle, they came and replaced it with a smaller one WITHOUT TELLING US ANYTHING. When I called Bluenergy today, Monday, August 3rd, thinking it had been a mistake, they rudely told me they knew about it. But the worst part is that the new unit is 3 tons, while the old one was 3.5 tons, so the house isn't cooling, and it hasn't t

  Salesman flagrantly ignored our no soliciting sign, even acknowledging that he'd seen it. Didn't want to leave and kept pushing for the reason we weren't interested. EDIT Jun 2026: had another one come by. Still ignoring the sign. Using shady tactics like saying it's information only and trying to set up an appointment to have someone else come by. Go away.

  If you are in the market for an installation, especially for enphase solar systems, find a different installer. My system has been offline for 10 days and enphase NEEDS Blue energy to reset my system at my house. I called 10 days ago and essentially got no response. Called again today and the lady who answered was rude and still has not scheduled a visit by a technician. Now during business hours no one answers the phone. I just want my extremely expensive solar system to work, if you are reading this and are someone in charge please know I’m happy to change this review. Just schedule a techni
