Its one and two star share is 4 points below the typical installer in Jacksonville. Across Florida, 371 of the 675 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 33 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

I am delighted to share my outstanding experience with Masterpiece Solar, who recently completed a solar panel installation at our home on Amelia Island, Florida. From the initial consultation to the final install, their service was nothing short of exceptional. Siobhan and Josh were absolutely fantastic throughout the consulting phase? They took the time to thoroughly explain our needs, the intricacies of the solar systems, and the installation process. Their knowledge and patience made us feel confident and well-informed about our choices. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer

I had the pleasure to work with two amazing people, Josh and Siobhan. They made the process in choosing Solar panels and how many based on my home and projected energy savings, seamless. They were very professional and kept me in the loop in project deadlines, as well as, working with synergy solar and my electric company to get the project finished in a timely manner. I totally recommend everyone that is interested is Solar and other related projects to contact them. 5 stars!

Masterpiece Solar with Synergy Solar did a great job installing our solar system. I am very happy with the system. I feel great to use sun light to power my house and I look forward to my electricity bills every month. In the long term, this is a wonderful step forward for everyone!

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Licensed

“to perform again. Fast scheduling Licensed technicians Warranty-safe removal…”

Its website also mentions warranty and free estimate, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Elsewhere

  • It posts on Instagram and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
