Its one and two star share is 54 points above the typical installer in Alaska. Across Alaska, 0 of the 15 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 21 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Each mark is one company we hold in Alaska whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. ABS Alaskan Inc. is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

What reviewers said

We made the mistake of not looking at reviews for this business. ABS is fine if you go there to buy something that they already have in stock. If you need any type of special order or home installation service then you really should go somewhere else. They have no staff and they can never provide any proof that they even ordered the thing that you paid for. Just putting this out there so that you don't have months of your time squandered like they did with us.

Great if you never want to get your parts order.

Paid 50% deposit 10 months ago, never showed up to do the job, now i am getting the runaround to get a refund. Go elsewhere!!

Purchased many tractor and truck batteries. Great batteries, excellent service. They install battery while you wait!

A friend recommended the place and I was very happy with the service they provided for my battery issue.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
