  Not sure how there's so many 5-star reviews for this company, other than people not researching products and companies. The sales people here are reminiscent of shady used car salesmen, flakey, no follow through - unless they think you have enough money for it to be worth their while. We were completely brushed off and ignored when we tried to ask pertinent questions- It's blantantly clear that they like people who just want to throw money at them and not ask questions- because their pricing is completely asinine ludicrous. DO YOUR RESEARCH before even considering a visit to this shady 'used c

  I asked for a quote in person at the Fairbanks store and the quoted price was ridiculous! The batteries were quoted at around $9,200 per smart battery. I bought a very similar battery via another supplier for less than 1/3 of that price. The inverter was also very over priced.

  Shady group of sales reps. They look good and sound good and only give material upon request that are genuinely different than the spoken word. Best advice is go into the shop knowing exactly what you want and the price you are going to pay. Don't be distracted by these certified sales reps. They don't have a clue what they are selling. They make good stories.

  We were traveling through Fairbanks and desperately needed a specialty circuit breaker for our RV solar and battery system. After we exchanged pictures with Edward, we determined they had exactly what we needed. The purchase process was simple and we are grateful they were open on a Saturday. Thank you Edward for saving the day!

  Everyone at RES was courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The installers were prompt and explained everything thoroughly. They listened and worked with me to have the installation how I wanted it. the work was done in a timely and professional manner.

  Had a problem with our camper van solar (newbies) and called RES. They got us in the next day. Tyler and his tech checked it out quickly while answering our dumb questions. Turns out a button wasn't pushed on properly! The spent about 20 minutes with us and didn't even charge us since nothing was broken. I appreciated their patience and winterizing recommendations. Friendly and knowledgeable. Great business.
