Its one and two star share is 51 points above the typical installer in Florida. Across Florida, 15 of the 675 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 15 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

If you are looking to install solar panels stay away from ADT they’re the worst choice once they get the money they never want to hear from you again and they never keep their promises I would never recommend them to anyone else after what I went through with them

ADT Solar install and service has been horrendous... After getting permitting, contract and initial documentation completed it took ADT solar 4 + months to install, Client Care Manager Josh Deidrich did not stay in contact.. ADT Install team showed up unannounced, no appointment, no warning , no nothing to instal the system.. Once installed it took 3 month to finalize the pemit to go live. While we were waiting on ADT to complete the final inspection with the county ADT asked if we would be alright with a 3rd party Contractor finalizing the inspection.. We agreed, come to find out the contract

Unprofessional company. They can’t even keep appointments, or notify customer of delay.

Dion Ruiz, Good service. Pete was helpful.

Chris at the sunpro team was incredible. They gave us an extremely fair price and held our hand through everything, including the app. They made it seamless and even helped us with the permits and gave advice on the tax situation. We are moving soon and have already spoken to Chris about adding solar to our next house!

Chris our sales person was great! We ended up saving much more money than we thought! So glad we went with Sun pro!

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
