I removed my original review in favor of an update. Unfortunately, we're still at a rock-bottom one-star. When the original plans were made and signed off by my wife, we were under the impression the company was going to do a good job. We were also under the impression they would perform their due diligence in engineering this project to ensure no complications would arise. We were also explicitly told by our sales rep that if complications did arise, the company would pay to remedy those complications. Needless to say, this company will do their best to nickel-and-dime you to death. Our proje

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! Everything was great before it was installed. We started this process April of 2023. It was completed and has been operational since July of 2023. Part of this very expensive system is the Energy Efficiency Package. Which includes: attic tent, sealing HVAC Duct Work, water heater wrap, smart power strip, NEST Thermostat, Air sealing home, and LED light bulbs for every light fixture. This part of the agreement was never fulfilled by ADT. Even after numerous calls and complaints to ADT the issue is still not resolved. Their excuse is that there is a backlog

In my opinion, SunPro Solar (now ADT Solar) isn't qualified to install or maintain solar systems. We investigated solar and ultimately signed a contract with SunPro (Now ADT Solar) after a referral from a friend. It took 13 MONTHS to install and get permitted to operate. It's been 16 months and the battery system is still not operating! We have been without power multiple times. The system will not work off grid unless the battery back up is working. They have been charging us for the last 2 months for a system that isn't complete. They also never paid us the Customer Credit we discussed at th

From the solar consultation to the install and service, Joseph Fisch knocked it out of the park! Job well done, Joe!

I recently had my Solar system installed with ADT Solar. Joe was excellent and didn't beat around the bush. A true professional. Absolutely no pressure and he let the numbers and savings speak for themselves. We really loved our thank you gift! I highly recommend Joseph Fisch! If I could give 10 stars I would. So here's an extra 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ #adtsolar

Great sales rep, no pressure. Very clear and transparent information. We have been looking at solar for a few years, finally decided to move forward after meeting with ADT, big company, great warranties, great products, and great employees.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
