Its one and two star share is 3 points above the typical installer in Alaska. Across Alaska, 6 of the 15 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 16 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Every company we hold in Alaska, on one axis

0% rated 1–2★65%

Each mark is one company we hold in Alaska whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. All Off Grid is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

I bought a system from this place was working great was assured that even though I was purchasing a pre used battery it was going to work because he took it home and tested it on his own system that I would be able to purchase a second matching new battery at dividends time now I find out the battery I purchased won't last more than five hours three months later per charge of three hours at a time the battery I purchased was discontinued right at the same time I was buying it and I cannot possibly get a matching battery I have to either replace my battery bank entirely or purchase two smaller

I received two local quotes and I decided to choose All Off Grid and they didn't disappoint! The owners Nick and Sarah Lochard were easy to reach out to, flexible with my busy schedule, and incredibly helpful and trustworthy. I bought 5 solar panels and 15k Sol-Ark inverter 👌☀️ …

These guys are amazing to work with. We were having some issues with our solar panels not producing and they fit us in their busy schedule to get us back up and saving power. They are extremely knowledgeable and help us with all our questions. Definitely the right choice for our home electricity needs!

Had an issue with our generac 10kw ended up giving these guys a call because they did our solar. Nick gave me the info on a Honda 7000 with install and auto start, I wanted the best power supply for our tiny home. Glad I gave them a call and went with them everything from great customer service to getting my home power back especially on my sons birthday is the best thing I could ask for, thanks again nick and everyone at all offgrid for the help, I will be a lifetime customer.

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

Its website also mentions veteran owned, free estimate and 24/7 availability, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

    Elsewhere

    • It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
    • It posts on X, YouTube, Instagram and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

As Google published them when we last read the listing, not a live check. Ring before you drive anywhere.

    Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

    What we don't know

    • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
    • Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Juneau is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
    • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
    • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
