  I will be more than happy to withdraw this 1-star review if the battery back-up left in my basement ever gets installed as per our contract. My solar panels, part of the same contract, was installed December, 2022. Brian, please, please, please complete the work. Our well water does not work when the power is out. We've already had to leave the home for outages over the period of time we have been waiting. I have been told "soon" a dozen times.   I'm a disable veteran so I hire them to put in a solar system. They took my money and never completed the job. After 2 years of delays I asked for my down payment to be refunded and got no reply. The job was never completed . Stay clear of this company. I cannot believe someone would take advantage of a veteran this way. On top of this my wife was diagnosed with cancer and they still refused to refund my money.

  This was my initial review with 5 stars: Overall a positive experience despite some delays due to COVID. Customer service was very good, Brian's team is excellent. Also, if you have a question or issue after installation, Brian, the owner, is responsive. However, I am now saying this company deserves only one star. I have been trying for months to have an invertor fixed on one of my panels for months, but Brian and his team have been ghosting me, even after I called Enphase, had them send me the replacement inverter directly (it's sitting in my garage), and gathered the needed paperwork for Br

  My system was installed over a year ago and is performing well. Brian was very good in designing the system and making field determined modifications that added to the production of KWH and had little impact ( other than materials) on the overall cost of the system. Brian's knowledge and that of his team was exceptional.
