    Excellent company to work with! Before, during and after the sale! Update! Company was bought out. No warranty on Kilo-vault batteries!

    I bought a home solar system in Puerto Rico from AltE and things went great. The salesperson, Blanca, was very knowledgeable and helpful; the equipment was easy to pick up at the warehouse, and system assembly went very smoothly. Prices were comparable to other local vendors (who could not match altE equipment availability). June 2024 they seem to be out of business. Not answering tech support. They developed a battery line which had issues I think: KiloVault. Mine have begun to fail one after another three years after purchase. Most of their operations are permanently closed, but some vestige

    I bought a $35,000 system from this company, and have been trying unsuccessfully for over a month to have them return my call to answer a question I have on a particular function. I have left detailed messages with the phone receptionist at least four times. Please shop somewhere else

    Was great when they had the store in Boxboro. Not sure when they closed it. Under new management so I guess that explains it. Bring back the store!

    I bought my first solar panel equipment from this company 15 years ago served me well and now buying my second equipment to replace my old solar panel equipment. Really like this technology for clean energy innovation fully off grid and not to have to worry to pay the electricity bill ever .

    Wonderful service from Miss Blanca Pesaturo. What a huge disappointment, a saleswoman named Sonia. Today I needed another Out Back device and I'm still waiting for someone to contact me who can send the product after 12 hours. What a shame, such a good supplier your store has been.
