Stay away from this company! I was having them build a power canopy and financed with Slice financial and when they applied for the permits they take the first draw of $29,000.00 which was $8,199.00 and that was in February I keep emailing my project manager and it would take weeks to get a response saying waiting on the city to respond but nothing then finally they said they responded but can’t build where I wanted it so I requested to cancel and by this time I’m already making payments on something I don’t even have. This is like 4 months into it and was being told the cancellation departmen

Avoid this company at all costs. Doing business with Arka Energy has been an absolute nightmare. As a military veteran, it is incredibly disheartening to watch a company pocket hard-earned money and deliver nothing but broken promises, total disorganization, and non-existent communication. Once they have your commitment, you are completely left in the dark. Timelines are ignored, customer service is useless, and they refuse to take accountability for their failures. Save yourself the immense stress, headache, and financial regret. Do not trust Arka Energy with your home or your money—look anyw

Do not use Arka Energy In October 2025 we signed a $77,040 contract with Arka Energy for a solar PowerCanopy and EV PowerPort at our home in Placerville, CA. A $78,000 loan was arranged through First National Bank of Omaha and paid directly to Arka. Six months later the project is not complete. Work stopped entirely when Arka failed to pay their subcontractor. Our property has open excavations covered with plywood, exposed rebar, and rain damage. We are making monthly loan payments on a system that does not exist while still paying a full electric bill. What we discovered after reviewing every

Finally a brand name and not a solar lead source that says we don't do that! Why did you show me one in your solicitation ad?

I have a lot of respect for the talented team at Arka Energy! Amazing proposal software and project solutions! The luxury PowerPatio and PowerGazebo is a game changer for the backyard enthusiasts AND the perfect solution and tasteful solar alternative for your home or business!

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.
What the company says about itself
Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.
Warranty
“Resistant & backed by a 15 year warranty. Our Solar Gazebos & Patios are…”
Licensed
“material, etc. are owned by or licensed to the Company and/or authorized…”
Its website also mentions free estimate and years in business, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.
What we don't know
- The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
- We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
- We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
