Worse experience of my life. The owner,Jordan, destroyed my house. Never pulled a permit for anything and never even installed one solar panel. After two years of hearing his lies we had to take him to court since he received all the money for the installation from the bank and stole it while leaving me to pay the loan back. Jordan Ento has a judgement against him in the state of Texas because of his shady actions. Jordan agreed to the legal judgment and then skipped out on every restoration payment. Do not work with Jordan or his company

Bright Solar installed our panels 4 months ago but didn't finish the job, and every contact at the company is ghosting me. We've been paying for non-working panels for two months in addition to our regular electric bill. Absolutely appalling.

Very disappointed in the service received they only did half the job and never came back to finish! Left water damage. Jordan was very unprofessional!!

I was very impressed with the knowledge shared regarding roofing and solar energy. Additionally, I was impressed with the speed and quality of the work performed. I highly recommend their services. Job Well Done!!!

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

• It is also reviewed on Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

• —The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
• —We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
• —Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Brownwood is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
• —We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
• —We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
