  We booked a solar consult for this afternoon for our entire farm and camp. It was two separate jobs and an hour and a half after the consult should have begun I got a message saying they were not coming and that trying to find our house was a waste of their time. The employee that was supposed to be coming here was rude and unprofessional on the phone. He told me that I wasted his time by not giving directions when in fact, I had been very clear about that when I booked the appointment. We are disgusted and would not recommend them to anyone.

  I can’t say enough good things about catamount solar. From my 1st conversation with Bridget I knew I was dealing with a company that truly cared about its customers. They were very responsive and came out quickly to assess my off-grid needs. Meeting with Sean and Jacob for the estimate only reinforced that impression. My kind of people. They were both kind, professional and very informative answering all my concerns without ever making me feel pressured.
