Its one and two star share is 3 points below the typical installer in San Antonio. Across Texas, 399 of the 728 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 22 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

I have been in the process of getting solar panels with an ev charging panel. Most of this process went relatively smoothly despite some lag time with cps which I already understood would happen. My only issue is communication, it felt like I was the one reaching out constantly trying to get updates even for simply setting a date for installation or following up on paperwork.

Reubin has been out to my location several times over the last few years to either install updated inverters, new batteries or troubleshoot problems with the existing system Each time he has taken the time to explain what is going on and completed the work in a timely and professional manner. Leo, company owner, has also been here to deliver parts, check ongoing work and provide information concerning equipment upgrades and alternatives. His input has been accurate and appreciated. Crystal, Leos' wife, has also been out here to present costs and benefits of the existing and proposed system. Sh

Just want to say that Central Texas Solar and their repair crew, Ruben, have done a wonderful job in restoring our Solar power, and the equipment to working order! After several months of having to rely solely on Grid power our whole system seems to be functioning properly! Couldn't ask for anything more than what they accomplished! Thanks, Ruben!

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
  • It posts on Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
