    A third of the solar panels that Freedom Power installed in the last year aren't working. I called them to fix the issue. It has now been two weeks since I called them about the issue and the service lady told me today that it would be 30-45 days before someone from scheduling contacts me to get someone on the schedule to fix the problem. Why is it taking multiple months to even send someone out?

    Had bad experience with freedom power. Their installation cause breaker issues and instead of fixing it they void my warranty. Felt like they avoid responsibility at every step .not recommended base on my experience. Pls never buy and take service form this company.

    I had my solar panels installed in December and have yet to have them inspected and turned on. What exactly is the point in having panels installed if I can't use them? We've left countless voicemail and nothing has happened yet. It's like they don't exist. Which basically is now the issue. They just don't exist.

    Installation was anything but smooth, many issues from getting inspections, failing inspection, poor follow-up and they NEVER answer ther phone. I just hope when they turn it on it works

    UPDATE: We are five years with the system. First problem. Now the real test on customer service. Charged $350 for "Dispatch Fee". You know its all in the details of the paperwork you don't read when you do all the signing at purchase. Anyway, I paid the fee as I already was shipped the microinverter from Enphase under warranty. Turns out the initial microinverter that was not producing was never connection/registered properly. Really long story, but to keep it short, I am just asking for the dispatch fee back as I feel the system was not 100% at installation. This should be covered under their

    We has a great experience with Ricky Martinez! Quick to respond the job he did on our HVAC was done it the best way, he has gone above and beyond and really recommend him!
