  Update: 6/1/2026 Trismart has not returned a phone call or email. All but 2 of my panels are offline, but apparently this company does not care. Jalon Miyasaki is the definition of professionalism. He came in and taught us about solar energy, explained the pros and cons and what to expect. He sold us on Trismart and has done a great job representing them. Long story short, we had some issues with a finance company. Jalon called or texted us daily to update us. He went to bat for us, and at the end of the day he got everything sorted out. Our install day is a couple of days away, and I am truly

  My client is selling her home and needs some paperwork from TriSMART SOLAR. We have both tried multiple times over the last 5 days to contact them. We are put on hold, and then are told we are number one in line, and then it instructs us to leave a message and someone will call us back. This happens with EVERY call and no no one ever does. I actually made an appointment and they were supposed to call me at the scheduled time. No one ever did. I have also emailed their customer service and no one has gotten back. I guess we have to drive to their office but we are an afraid no one will be there

  I do not recommend Tri Smart Solar at all. Since the installation of my solar panels about two years ago, the system has been showing constant failures due to defective equipment. A technician from the company itself confirmed that the panels were damaged. Despite multiple contact attempts, the company has ignored my requests and has not taken any action to resolve the problem. This lack of response and negligence is completely unacceptable. Currently, I continue to pay both my CPS bill and the loan of the panels without receiving the promised service. Due to this situation, I am in the proces

  I had some more panels added by TriSMART. When this was done they took down my existing solar panels and never communicated to me that was going to happen. I had to find out later after looking in my Solar Edge app that provides my panel data. Then I have been contacting them to have someone come out. After a few days they are telling me they have opened a ticket for service, which is 24-48 hours. I understand service request can take a couple of days but my existing panels have been out of service since June 6, 2024 and it's 6/24 and they are still down. This isn't starting off good with TriS

  So we've had our solars for 3 years or so already but my in the report ALWAYS says that we consume more than what it produces...not sure if the amount of solars were enough for my house..I would want to understand why that happens if here in Texas if there is something that we have enough is SUN LIGHT!   After a really bad experience is seeking to get service from TriSMART Solar (four months of frustration) Nate their service person who was sent to repair my 10 solar panels that were not working has restored my confidence in TriSMART. He was very thorough in his repair and did it right the first time. Nate left the work area very clean. All my panel are now working as expected now. Thank you Nate. You earned the 5 stars for your company..
