Its one and two star share is 17 points above the typical installer in the La Jolla area. Across California, 288 of the 1,529 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 12 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Each mark is one company we hold in the La Jolla area whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Clary Solar is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

Even after a 70000 dollar investment, I can not get Clary solar to come to my house to help me reprogram the solar monitoring system (sunny portal), which was bumped off my network because I replaced my router. This would be a very small undertaking for Clary, and I expected better service/support in this respect

We had Clary install a 6kw system on our home during a whole house remodel. They interfaced perfectly with my contractor. We went with a SunPower system, if roof space is a premium, there's no better panel. We worked with Aron Hauser on the sales side & Jack Pfluegger on in the install side, Both were wonderfully professional & responsive. We went solar primarily because we are concerned about the environment, but the increasing costs of energy was also a factor; given SDGE's recent rate increase to pay for shutting down San Onfre, it's looking like a really smart decision. We highly recommend

Clary was recommended by a friend who was extremely satisfied. In a clear and concise presentation explaining tax credits, financing options, and short and long term financial benefits. We determined now was the time to make the move. The installation was neat, clean and expeditious. It is the best efficiency move we could have made. We are so excited about it, we are adding to electrical needs with plans to expand the system. No more guilt about using electricity!. Clary makes it simple and expeditiously respond to any questions or curiosities.

At the recommendation from a trusted client, I contracted with Clary Solar to install my Solar Electrical system about a year and a half ago. I could not be happier. Last year, 2012, my total electric bill was $21.33. I have a 3200sf house with 2 well pumps and an electric/propane "flex-fuel" heater/AC. Not only did I save $3500 to $4000 in electrical service, I figure I saved at least $1000 in propane. The system paid back around 25% of its cost the first year. The best thing is I can turn on the AC guilt free. Also, with my mobile app., at any time I can see what my system is generating. Thi

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
