Its one and two star share is level with the typical installer in the La Jolla area. Across California, 788 of the 1,529 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 32 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Each mark is one company we hold in the La Jolla area whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Johnson Electric Solar is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

Johnson Electric Solar - PPA Explanation Johnson Electric provided a concise overview of a residential solar Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) in California. They explained that a third-party owner installs and maintains the system on your property, and you pay for the solar electricity generated, usually at a lower rate than utility prices, over a 10–25 year term. The explanation highlighted no upfront cost, maintenance by the owner, potential ITC benefits captured by the owner, and the option to buy or extend at term end. Andre knows his craftsmanship and I’d recommend highly!

Johnson Electric is no doubt a Five Star Team of Experts. I had an unfinished Solar project from a company that went out of business. Johnson Electric not only stepped in and took the helms to help get my project to the finish line, they went above and beyond with even correcting some things that were left undone. If you’re looking for a company with over 30 years experience in completing their jobs, then look no further. Johnson Electric Solar and Supply will be your last stop.

Mr. Johnson and his team advised what I would need to cover my electric bill and to be off the grid. so I purchased two Tesla batteries and enough panels to cover my whole house. They did a great job with the installation and Mr. Johnson made sure everything went smooth. They did a great job.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Warranty

“is why we confidently offer a 25-year warranty on our products. Connect with Us Our…”

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on HomeAdvisor. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.

Something wrong here? Tell us and a person will read it.
