Its one and two star share is 4 points below the typical installer in the Cincinnati area. Across Ohio, 49 of the 113 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 76 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Ordered by the share of one and two star reviews, weighted by how many reviews stand behind it. It ranks review records, not workmanship.

Luke and Evan were great to work with. They made the process quick, easy and simple. They answered any questions I had, which weren’t too many since I did quite a bit of research.

Excellent communications. Excellent service. Luke (Sales), Evan (Operations), Logan & Wyatt (Electricians) All these men were professional and their work was extremely neat. They coordinated everything.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Financing

“electricians—never subcontractors Financing options with low interest rates that can help…”

  • Years in business

“highly rated solar panel company has over 20 years of experience helping both homeowners…”

Its website also mentions free estimate and better business bureau, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
