    Had the people done any quality control on my fusion oven they would have seen a large deep scratch in the glass tube weakening the tube. One of the folding lockable arms that holds the hood up doesn't even come close to locking in to place so the hood collapses. And still no answer on the 3 orange cups are used for. We talked about donating it To goodwill.

    Unfortunately I never received my order and I reached out to the team and haven’t heard back yet. This was supposed to be a Christmas present for my brother and now I won’t have it in time. They said it was delivered two weeks ago and I’ve checked everyday in my mail room and it never came. I hope they get back to me and give me a refund, otherwise I would not recommend.

    I love the product go sun go but as soon as I needed replacement parts this company showed her true face. Orders two new replacement tubes and a bag. Only one tube and the bag has arrived. After coverage complaints, even to the owner and CEO himself, the missing tube still didn’t get shipped. Furthermore the replacement tube doesn’t fit on the existing go Sun go, also there the support service wasn’t helpful at all and doesn’t even write back anymore. No part, no money back - don’t trust in this company!!!! Even more when you live outside of the USA and don’t have any option to go against them

    The GoSun does actually cook well, and surprisingly fast in full sun. But the tray (with electrical plug in) does not fit all the way, it falls out if not careful. I tried to get it to fit and it cracked the tube. I've emails customer service 3 times about it to date and no response. Product seems to be as promised but customer service is lacking, not responsive.

    We added solar mainly because power outages were becoming more frequent in our area. The backup system kicked in automatically during a recent outage, and my kids barely even noticed the electricity had gone out. That alone made the investment feel worth it for our family.

    I’m changing my review to 5 stars because of the excellent customer support. After I reached out with my issue, the GoSun team (special thanks to Akber) resolved everything quickly. Greatly appreciate this level of service!
