Its one and two star share is 4 points below the typical installer in Cincinnati. Across Ohio, 49 of the 113 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 10 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Each mark is one company we hold in Cincinnati whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. The 513 Group LLC is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

These guys are amazing, hidden gems in the very rough solar industry. They've been around for a good long time and they know their stuff. Available, responsive and friendly, they make sure the job is done right and they treat customers well. I really lucked out getting these guys to fix the shoddy installation done by another installer that is now out of business. Good contractors are hard to find, I'd honestly give them a 6 out of five star rating if I could.

The entire staff was very professional and efficient. Guidance the whole way on what needed to be done. Was originally signed up for Solar with a different company that I canceled due to lack of communication from them. So happy I went with 513 Group who was available for questions anytime and were so friendly! Get your solar panels from 513 Group!

I had a great experience with 513 installing my project. They did a great job and kept me in the loop throughout the process. Highly recommended.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
