Its one and two star share is 2 points above the typical installer in Cincinnati. Across Ohio, 36 of the 113 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 408 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Would not recommend this company due to their unprofessional sales tactics. I have a system that is not performing to what the salesman stated. You need to do your own investigation into the capabilities of what they are selling. I was supposedly quoted an array that would eliminate any dependancy and future bills from the electric company. Also I now have microinverters failing which cost $350 to have the installer replace and check the array. My array is only 3 years old. Second microinverter has failed. Report from tech from the first failure, this failure was caused by poor installation of

Back when BlueRaven installed our solar panel in Columbus, it was a good experience with clear communication, it was a big investment so we expected services afterwards should any problem to arise to be consistently good as well. That’s before the company was sold to SunPower. UNFORTUNATELY, we are having our panels removed due to roof damage temporarily, and roofing guy had to be delayed multiple times because no show from the SunPower crew to remove the panel. First time was due to rain so understandable, but they were only able to reschedule us a lot later than expected. Now they were suppo

Blue Raven/Sunpower is a total garbage company. We’ve had nothing but a horrible experience with every service they’ve provided. While the panels are fine, they leave trash all over your yard, and the workers will halfass their jobs and will not pass inspection, so they’ll have to come back out, fix it, and leave their trash all over your yard again. Now that our equipment has been installed for 2 years, it costs $350 just to have someone come and take a look at our gateway that stopped working. I’m afraid things are going to start breaking down more frequently now that our service warranty ha

Initial sit down, design, and install were fine. Communication up to install and after we're lacking. I was told they were going to turn it on after we got the go ahead from the city and energy company. Then I received an email giving me directions, got it going after 40 minutes due to conflicting instructions to what I was looking at. On the fence of buyers remorse, but they got it in before the end of the year. Could have been better, guess it could have been worse. Blue Raven, please work on your communication, especially when people are laying down tens of thousands of dollars.

The crew was friendly and informative with all my questions. They performed quality quality work making sure no unsightly piping was visible from the street.

The crew was quick, and professional. They made everything look nice. Would definitely recommend them.

The crew was very knowledgeable and did a great job of installing and connecting our panel. Great electrical guy hooking up the service. Very friendly. The only thing I would suggest is a more dependable delivery company. We waited from 7 am to 5 pm. That is an entire wasted day that we could have done other things. Totally unacceptable. Being on time is very important to most people. Give a 2 hour window and then make sure it is delivered between those hours.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

Its website also mentions warranty, free estimate and established, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

    Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

    What we don't know

    • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
    • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
    • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
