Its one and two star share is 4 points below the typical installer in Cincinnati. Across Ohio, 49 of the 113 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 90 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

What reviewers said

I just had TGE remove two layers of old shingles and installed new decking and shingles all in a day! From start to finish Austen was great to work with. There was no pressure at all from sales and he was there every step of the way, and was able to answer all my questions (I had many). When the crew was finished, they cleaned up and left nothing behind. I received bids from other companies and TGE completely stood out compared to all the others in many ways. Couldn’t be happier with the new roof. Will definitely recommend TGE and Austen to anyone looking for a new roof.

Great people. They stayed in contact and made sure that my issue was taken care of. The techs that came were professional with the job. I truly appreciated their help. Thank you so much.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
