    Called this past summer needing Panel Inspection and service, promised follow up that never came, shame on me for trying 5 times via email and phone. 4 different times I was told they would follow up after being added to see my enphase monitoring report. Finally called another and they came the same day to inspect and within a week to service. Crazy. Customer Service should be the easiest part of being in business.

    This company is terrible. Do Not Use Them. Find someone else. The short review is - they are too busy to take your business but they will take it anyway and leave you out to dry. They will go several phone calls and emails before finally answering you, just to not have any good answers. They damaged my brand new roof in the process. Where it started - River was my sales rep. Steve was the manager. The job they were hired to do was too Uninstall roof mounted solar panels so a new roof could be installed and then reinstall the solar panels. When I got the original contract they miss counted how

    I contacted three different solar companies before choosing this one, and their communication honestly stood out the most. They answered messages quickly and never made me feel rushed into signing anything. Installation day went smoothly, and the crew even finished earlier than the estimated schedule they gave me.

    Love this company. I'll use them for all my future solar needs without hesitation. I had a problem with my existing solar system. Talked to a few other companies who either quoted $3,000 to fix the problem or wouldn't work on it. Solar Energy Solutions clearly laid out my options, sent someone to inspect the problem for free, and efficiently addressed it for less than $700. Great communication throughout the process, both working with Curt to get the process setup and on site when the work was being completed. I had lots of questions and they taught me about how the system works so I'm a littl

    This company went out of their way to make what they did right even went the extra mile and left me And my wife, a little gift basket. The insulation team did an awesome job.And would highly recommend solar energy.Solutions now they will definitely go beyond and out their way to make sure that they get you taken care of
