Its one and two star share is 1 point below the typical installer in Sacramento. Across California, 681 of the 1,529 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 35 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Each mark is one company we hold in Sacramento whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Continuum is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

A Wonderful Experience with Continuum Solar I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Continuum and the installation of my new solar panels and Tesla battery. From start to finish, their professionalism, knowledge, and customer service have been outstanding. Michael Clay has been absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. He has always been patient, professional, and incredibly helpful in answering all of my questions. I truly appreciate the time he took to make sure I understood everything and felt confident about my new system. When I needed help with my Tesla rebate, Chad Skinn

Chris, Julie and Chad are most definitely the A+ team. My Solar installation went very smooth without a hitch. Their teamwork was, to say the least, outstanding. I highly recommend them for your all your Solar needs. You will not be disappointed.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Financing

    “completed 0 + counties served 0 down financing available $ 100 CSLB Licensed & Insured 25+…”

  • Warranty

“year after year. Repairs & Warranty Service We handle all repairs and…”

  • Years in business

“(formerly North Valley LLC), bringing over 11 years of experience in the solar industry.”

  • Licensed

“Independence for Northern California. Licensed, local, and built to fight for you…”

Its website also mentions free estimate and insured, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
