Its one and two star share is 2 points below the typical installer in Kentucky. Across Kentucky, 19 of the 37 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 6 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Every company we hold in Kentucky, on one axis

Each mark is one company we hold in Kentucky whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Day Services LLC is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

My microinverters we not registering and he was able to talk me through the way to reset the system. He was very pleasant and patient.

Day Services Solar was at my house recently to take my 9KW solar system off the roof so I could get my roof replaced. They returned to reinstall my entire system and they voluntarily helped me through several challenges that were going on with the system which were never identified by the Original install company. Definitely had a great experience. I would recommend anyone interested in solar to work with them or anyone that is interested in getting a solar system go through Day Services Solar.

Nehemiah is literally amazing I had my solar panels stop connecting to the envoy and had been calling people for almost a month to come out and get it back on he came not only fixed the issue in less than 10 mins he came the day I called him literally a life saver after the business who installed our system is no longer here and I will from now on go to no one else but him for future things I need done! Thank you once again for everything

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Elsewhere

  • Google also lists this company under roofing. A company that does both roofing and solar can handle the roof work a panel install often needs.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Leitchfield is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
