    Total trash. The systems don’t work. They don’t ever call you back when you have problems with it. They take your money and run. Stay away from them!

    If I could give negative stars, I would. My electric bill went up, the solar panels on my home do not work, we cannot get ahold of the company, we have filed 2 complaints with the BBB, called our attorney General to no avail, and come to find out that the company did not acquire the permits to even install the system. They didn't install them until 6 months after we signed the contract that was supposed to lower my electric bill by 85% or they were going to install more at no additional cost. So now, I currently pay an increased electric bill and a solar panel payment. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

    Do not use this company, nobody answers or returns calls, it took 7 months after our system was installed to get it commissioned and operating they said they scheduled it and were waiting for our utility company but I called my utility company and they stated nobody called them from Design one, the system got inspected but failed due to wires rubbing on the roof and they never installed the schematic, finally our utility company showed up for commission one day but the Design One rep did not show up, a month later they came out again and the rep did show up, got the system commissioned and it

    I have not been impressed with Design 1’s customer service but when you finally get a service technician to address the problems, they are able to corrected the problems quickly. Thank you Josh C.

    D1G representative Steve Hasty has represented the Company well today. He has been honest about cost and reliability of this system playing to my prior interest in the technology. Thanks for sending him.

    I have never been so blessed by Steve hasty for helping me with getting this problem resolved so I can get solar panel‘s on my roof I love the idea of having solar because it’s good for the environment and you people have worked so hard to help me get my solar panels and I thank you for everything you’ve done.
