    Never completed services that were promised. wires are hanging hoping there is not a danger. Lights are blinking no idea what it means It was installed but we received No instruction and can't hookup our system to the Vitron App. Not sure if there is net metering or not. Tried for 15 months to get our system fixed. Nobody returns our texts.

    Solar panel installation was excellent. A couple of years later I had them install a Smart EV charger. The EV charger cost about twice the normal amount due to the smart features. However, six months after the EV charger install they still have not implemented the smart features. I'm now in the process of taking this vendor to court as it appears to be the only way to settle this problem.

    They improperly installed(by their own admission) solar panels for my parents back in 2019. They had assured my parents that repairs, and adjustments would be done to the units. This has yet to happen. Instead, they stopped answering, and responding to phone calls. It's seems that once they have their money the customer doesn't matter. If you're looking for solar panels look for another business. Distributed Power will leave you disappointed by the quality of work, and complete absence of customer support.

    I've been waiting approximately 5 years for these solar panels to be finalized. I've had to pay for electricity, even though there's solar panels set up on the roof, not set up. Terrible, this is ridiculous. It's difficult to get in contact with the owner. He's being unresponsive and unreasonable. Thank you.

    We hired Distributed Power to install a solar array for our business. We were so pleased with their work that we had them come back and do our entire roof. The entire installation was completed on a holiday weekend where they went the extra mile to ensure our office would be fully operational in the meantime while we waited for utilities to give it the green light. If you need technical expertise and expert installation, we couldn't recommend them more A+++
