  Decided to go with a higher quote for a local company (Klick) that was not berating us to go with them (SunRun). First red flag—during initial video sales call our Klick contact was actively vaping, unprofessional. Next red flag, they showed up to install without telling us, we were not prepared to be out of the house. Then started asking us technical questions about how the install should be done—I have no clue, that’s why we aren’t DIYing it. Now we’ve had the panels degrading on our roof, not hooked up. Klick says it’s xcel, after waiting for months we call xcel. Klick never even filled out

  Don't usually buy from door to door salespeople but since I was already considering solar I gave them an ear. Tessa was very good in explaining the contract. I was happy to hear that I would own the panels and all the equipment is made in Canada and not China. The initial site inspection went well, and I was told that my panels would be installed in about 4 months. (April 2023) To my surprise they were on the roof December 2022. That's when the delays started. I made numerous phone calls and emails which were mostly answered, but it end up as a lot of waiting. Aaron was very helpful, but after

  working with Klick Solar has been great. Tessa was so patient in answering all of my questions and walking through what the process would look like and my options. The loan process was easy, installation was a breeze, and I’ve been really happy with the customer service I’ve received. While I’m not saving money, the panels are basically paying for themselves and I’m happy to be helping the planet (plus, with rising Xcel costs, I’m sure I’ll be saving money soon enough). Overall, would definitely recommend Klick and Tessa in particular!
