    Perhaps one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. There sale's agent Jake Turner sold the system to me back in early 2024. He guaranteed he would be with us during the entire process. In the initial months he was indeed. However when Freedom Forever started dropping the ball with incomplete electrical plans and permit pulling errors he ghosted me. I texted him several times and only after a long voicemail plea for help he responded saying "I was embarrassed to respond". Very unprofessional to say the least. To make a long story short my solar power is still not complete. I

    Absolutely horrible company. I am not sure how they are getting 5 stars. We have had nothing but issues with our sales associate Bobby. Unresponsive and unproductive. Constantly “out of the country” or away from his computer. You can’t get in contact with anyone else from the company by phone and are completely stuck with whomever first contacts you. This has been a months long draining process, that we still cannot see the end in sight of yet. The company is just a middle man connecting you to other solar installers. Do yourself and favor and cut out the middle man.

    I had an excellent experience with Echelon Solar Power. They handled my solar and battery installation perfectly and provided a great roofer referral to boot. A special shoutout to Joshua, who made the entire process seamless and was incredibly responsive to all my questions. Everything has been running smoothly, and the savings on my energy bill have been significant. Five stars!

    The workmanship was outstanding by the roofers. They did a magnificent job of replacing my roof after the solar panels installation.

    Bobby and his team helped with repairing the damaged roof we had where the solar panels were supposed to be installed. He constantly communicated with me and updated on how the project was coming along. Definitely recommend 👍 …
