Plug It In Solar

Each mark is one company we hold in the Los Angeles area whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Plug It In Solar is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

Company is great..when they’re actually here or on the phone with you but very frustrating that there is almost no follow-up on their part. Every step of the way I’ve had to constantly call/email them to find out why there’s been a delay or to schedule the next step. I always try and give them the benefit of the doubt when I don’t hear back from them but when I finally have had enough and contact them that’s when the ball gets moving again. The only person on top of it, Amanda, helping me out doesn’t even work for them anymore lol. I’ve had to contact DWP myself for updates when it’s supposed

I was extremely impressed with the service from Plug It In Solar. They answered every question promptly and informatively. Their recommendation for my roof to be replaced was great. The Roof workers were friendly, efficient & kept the area clean. The solar installation went very quickly and also efficiently. Completing the installation of the battery backups, the larger breaker box, all of that was done very well. I would and have recommended PLUG IT IN SOLAR to everyone. They not only did a great job, but they gave us a very good price as well. I have received my latest SCE bills and we are s

I spoke with Samson today regarding solar for my ADU, and the experience was outstanding. He took the time to understand exactly what I needed and provided a solution that fit comfortably within my budget. I truly appreciated his honesty, professionalism, and willingness to answer all of my questions without any pressure. Based on my conversation with Samson, it's clear that Plug It In Solar genuinely puts its customers first and focuses on recommending what's best for their individual needs rather than trying to sell unnecessary upgrades. That level of integrity is refreshing and gave me conf

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

• Free estimate

“streamlined installation process. 01. Free consultation We start with a no-obligation…”

Its website also mentions warranty and licence number, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

• It is also reviewed on ConsumerAffairs and Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
• It posts on LinkedIn, Instagram, X and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

• —The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
• —We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
• —We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
