Its one and two star share is 3 points above the typical installer in Mesa. Across Arizona, 70 of the 269 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 45 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Each mark is one company we hold in Mesa whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Element Energy Co. is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

My husband and I are very disappointed to say that the representative from ElementEnergy Solar became very unprofessional and rude to us when we told him we were going with another company. I can not believe he actually hung up on me.

These people hire solicitors to come to your house. The guy knew my name somehow so I opened the door a little bit. I was extremely freaked out when he told me he didn’t work for APS but somehow he knew my name? Also my HOA doesn’t allow solicitors so what he was doing was illegal. There are too many crazy people on the news these days to ever open your door for someone you don’t know much less someone you definitely don’t know who has your full name. This is scary and inappropriate. Stop soliciting.

Their salesman is so scammy! He had a map of my neighborhood and names of the residents that live in each address. He first lied to me that he was the “meter guy” and that SRP sent him to my house to tell me my bill is gonna go up. Then he proceeded to tell me I don’t use enough power so installing solar panels doesn’t make sense. But then later on, he started telling me I should put solar panel from element energy on my roof so my bill would be cheaper!? First, please be professional and don’t lie about who you really are. If you have a good service to sell, why can’t you just be honest and u

I would recommend Element Energy to anyone interested in exploring their home-energy options. They are a high integrity company, and I especially highly recommend Danny. He may be the most well informed, kind and smart person in the industry. Element makes recommendations and offer solutions tailored to your own personal situation. They provide the cost / benefit analysis that is based on the facts about your home & power usage - only offering solutions that actually save you money. Their installers are also very high quality. 5/5 company.

I have been skeptical about going solar. Because I have heard a lot of bad things especailly about people that come to the door. Element Energy has had great representatives (Ryan and Danny) that have walked me through every step of the process period I would recommend them because they treat clients with respect and they are willing to. Help answer all the questions I had.

Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
