I have been having problems with this company for years. RUN to another company if you're considering solar... The sales team sold me a system that was supposed to cover 110% of my usage. 3 years later, it doesn't come close. I'm paying $350 month energy bills on top of my $220 solar loan. Pseg has confirmed this system doesn't produce enough to cover the usage of our home. The first year they blamed it on not banking enough as we didn't have the system for the full year. The second year they blamed it on THEIR OWN subcontracted heat pump they had installed (which didn't work properly and need

Caution! I hired Element Energy Systems to install solar panels on a new construction home in queens and just had my certificate of occupancy denied. Seems that they never pulled a permit with the city. I should have known they didn't know what they were doing when PSEGLI didn't allow the service to go live because of poorly filed paperwork. They are well skilled at taking a deposit and getting paid in full prior to installation. Unless you have time and money to waste stay clear and choose another company.

We contemplated going solar for a long time, and after getting numerous estimates decided to go with E2Sys last August. Once I signed the paperwork and was told a timeframe for the approval process, I heard nothing from them until they called to tell me my install was scheduled — meaning I had to scramble to get someone to be home since I was told I would get a call to schedule the install myself. When we came home after the install, it was missing panels that had already been discussed months prior, so they had to come back to correct it, which admittedly was done two days later, so it happen

Huge shoutout to the team at Element Energy! They recently came out to swap 2 microinverters on my solar setup, and they completely knocked it out of the park. Fast, reliable, and just an all-around great job. It's awesome to know my solar is in good hands with them.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
