Elite Enterprise Group - Solar Division

Each mark is one company we hold in Idaho whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Elite Enterprise Group - Solar Division is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

Great choice if you have enough funds to get a big enough system. They were easy to work with as far as communication. Answered questions fast whenever I had them. In the long run I would say for me and my property it was a poor investment choice as I don’t make enough to offset the power bill still coming in to help pay for the loan. I am saddened by it because I was so excited to take that leap into solar. It’s best to ask as many questions as you can because you don’t want to make the choice if you can’t get enough equipment to do the job efficiently.

They will not warranty my solar inverter. The owners attitude toward my situation...he doesn't car, told me good luck when I threatened litigation. Awful people

Installation went fairly fast and efficient, but when it came time to turn it on I was told they were waiting on Idaho Power, which was not true. With some investigation on my own found out they had not turned in the proper paperwork to the State of Idaho for the Electrical permit. Was going to happen next week, then next week, then next week, then next week. 8 weeks of run arounds and misinformation before Idaho Power could even inspect and install the Net Meter. Was constantly given misinformation, by the one of the Owner. when finally got Idaho Power's authorization to turn the system on ,

The Elite Enterprise crew came today, even though it was as cold as winter in Alaska. The cold didn't slow them down at all. The panels went up quickly as did the inside electrical panel. The crew was polite and willing to answer any question I had. After the project was complete, everything was explained to me and I was shown how to activate the system after all the inspections and meter change were completed.

They are the best solar contractors you will find anywhere. You will get the right system that will work as desired. And on-time. Highly recommended.

We reached out to Elite Enterprise today; had a quick call back and a lot of very helpful information. Their technicians can be scheduled quickly and we will sure give them a call if we need them again

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

• It is also reviewed on Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

• —The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
• —We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
• —Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Nampa is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
• —We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
• —We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
