    Only 2 years warrenty on service after a 40k project then if anything goes wrong you have to pay for service fee 400+ dollars joke of a company

    STAY AWAY. Our solar panels from Blue Raven have not been generating power for months, leading to double billing. Blue Raven has had "no technicians available" to come and service the issue, and have told us we need to reach out to a third party to pay them to service the issue, even though we are paying Blue Raven monthly already. What kind of company installs product that they have no employees to come service when there are issues? Needless to say, do not choose Blue Raven/SunPower for your solar. They are a joke.

    Brennan and his crew that came in were great. Very friendly, professional, and clean. I'm happy with how seamless the whole process has been and would do it again! *update. As seamless as the process was, the sales guy at the time really really pulled one over. Honestly, the panels were great for about the first year, no power bill, seemed to working great. Year 2 and 3, the panel efficiency has dropped pretty substantially, and this does include keeping them washed and clean. They highly claimed they would also add value to the home. They don't. Don't let them BS you into signing away any equ

    Quick and efficient install, only complaint is that we were not notified when the power was going to get turned off. My mother in law works from home and lost an entire emergency quote she was working on because the electrician cut the power with no notice.

    Blue Raven was very professional during the process of buying and installation of our solar panels. The installation crew was pleasure to work with and were very respectful of our property.

    We are impressed with Blue Raven. There were a couple of hiccups, but staff was good about keeping us informed and the delays that resulted were brief. We would recommend Blue Raven to anyone considering Solar. Don & Sheila
